South Texas Septic

I constantly receive letters from Waller county environmental that my contract is past due, when in fact the contract was submitted and paid for months in advance to South Texas. In addition, I am constantly having to call to have someone maintenance my septic because they do not come when they are supposed to, according to the contract.

Person (female) that does billing is extremely rude! I could here her mumbling to someone in the background about me and wouldn’t let me talk and when I did she made me feel stupid. Just flat out rude! I work in a call center environment and absolutely can tolerate rude but she was way passed that. I will definitely start looking to go else where. The technicians are great but not the office/billing!!

Wow it just proves how you treat your customers, first of all of course you don't have a luis gutierrez because it was my mom that called! Second the call was not about an unpaid bill maybe if you actually listened you would of confirmed that she always always pays her bill at the time of service! The call was just to clarify what exactly was paid for in a previous call and to schedule a job. But I guess if the owner is rude what can you expect from the personnel!

Sorry you think the office staff was rude. First off we no not bill. You should have paid at time of service. I listened to all the call for the day and there was no calls from a Luis Gutierrez. We now have a policy that if a technician does not collect for any repairs the money will come out of their check since they have broke company policy. They should have a customer present to pay or have called and got a Credit card number from them for payment when service is completed.

People who answer the phone and answer questions are rude.
