Worst Dealership to fix Hyundai Cars It seems that most of the good reviews for this dealership are fake and written by marketing companies. Unfortunately, the staff at this establishment lack the necessary skills to properly repair vehicles and seem to be solely focused on making a profit. As a result, I believe that the Hyundai dealership is losing its value due to its greediness compared to others.

During my recent visit, DON was in charge of repairing my car. He charged me around $800 and assured me that the issue had been resolved. However, upon picking up and bringing my vehicle, I discovered that it was still not working properly and I had wasted my money.

I strongly advise you not to select this dealership. I have also had negative experiences with the Katy Hyundai Dealership. Instead, I recommend trying out the Rosenberg or Southwest Freeway locations.

It can be quite difficult to reach them after making a payment. They don't respond to calls or messages, which is quite unethical as it prioritizes profit over

the used car ppl were great and friendly and accomedating and even sent and Uber to pick me up. they were completely fine with me having a mechanic look at the car first too. test drive went great. I didnt feel presured at all from them which is a rare thing when dealing with car sales ppl. the used car team was great and I would reccomend them, but I have no experience with the new car sales team, so I dont know if theyre just as great or not.

Horrible experience at this place. Worst service ever. Bad communication. Constant lies. Its been over a month and my car still is not ready. When i call to ask about it i can never get through to anyone. My only way of talking with them is going to the business in person. I would recommend going somewhere else before buying a vehicle here. At this point i wish i could just have a refund instead of dealing with all this hassle

Friendly sales staff and nice building, however I choose not to buy here. They only sell there cars with dealer add-ons. $1500 added to their vehicles for nitrogen, window tint, and other stuff that was not wanted. I prefer to give business to companies that don't follow practices such as this.
