Great place very clean

Room was clean but other guests were loud slamming doors at very early times in the morning. The elevator needed to be cleaned.

Stayed here in Nov 2021. Not the typical HIE we are used to which are really clean and updated. Our room was ok, but there were a few areas that housekeeping missed in cleaning. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, just not the best either. Breakfast is lighter during the week as they are not as busy, but still a good quick breakfast. They do offer coffee all day which is nice. Overall an ok stay for a couple of days.

Unfortunately there is a water main break, no water. Can't shower, use toilet
Are patrons required to pay charges.

Nice hotel our room was clean for the most part. Located close to mejier,gas station. Water is close and downtown about 1.5 away.

This hotel was very dated and the remodeling they did was clearly done by 9 year olds. The people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The worst part was the carton of milk i had from the continental breakfast was curdled in the carton. Freeking gross. I told the attendant about it so nobody else would have to drink it but she was unfased. Said it had something to do with the manufacturer. Did not remove the other cartons from cooler..... tried to use the common mens room on the first floor but it was in " oh f!*k no!" condition....... do not recommend overall.

I can see why this hotel has a low rating. I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but there's no reason a room shouldn't be thoroughly cleaned. There shouldn't be crumbs on the desk, hair and dirt on the tile floor, noticeable dirt on the carpet, and a fingernail in the bathroom (I noticed it the next morning on my way out. I got in late, and was soaked from a rainstorm, and if the bed and shower hadn't been clean I would have asked for a different room.) Considering the price I paid I was severely disappointed (and grossed out) that that was what I got in return. I laid towels down on the tile floor and kept my socks on the whole time. Holiday Inn should reduce their prices if they are short staffed, because that room, while one of the large suite ones, was closer to an $80 motel than anything else. The reason it has any stars is the great staff at the desk, super helpful and kind!
