Jeremy, the salesman who contacted me due to it being an internet inquiry thru TrueCar, was a very polite individual but lacking responsibility in returning information in a timely manner. In all fairness, it could have been due to the upcoming holiday. I had requested trade values, discounts, upfront pricing, etc. on a couple of new car models I was interested in for possible purchase. Had to contact him after receiving no information approximately 8 hours later. When I did receive the information requested, I was low balled on my trade. They were approximately 2k less than what several other dealers had offered for my car. They claimed, despite being inaccurate, that it was a "strong" offer. Additionally, their advertised price savings are a bit dubious especially when they're supposed to be in the TrueCar network according to TrueCar. Forget about any TrueCar discounts. They claim their price is substantially lower than that given thru TrueCar though I haven't been able to calculate or substantiate this claim. They're advertised new car price shows full MSRP minus any manufacturer rebates you may qualify for. I don't see any "dealer" discount pricing subtracted from the original MSRP. A bit deceptive in my opinion. As a devoted Mopar person, with many devoted Mopar friends as well, I will definitely be advising them to refrain from doing business with this dealership. Due to this experience, I won't be patronizing this dealership ever again. In my 40 plus years of car buying, there are other dealerships I have found that offer better customer service and more money for your trade. In a time when buying a car from home is becoming more commonplace, this dealership lacks the ability to do it effectively and efficiently. In my opinion, they're not very consumer friendly. I live local and approximately 25 years ago I tried dealing with this dealership when they called themselves Southtown Dodge and remember having an unpleasant experience back then trying to negotiable a deal as well. Guess things or certain businesses never change.

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from the great team at South County Dodge. I have to give a huge thanks to James Kingery and Jeff Taylor that continue to exceed expectations and help make each vehicle purchase better than the previous.

This is my second personal vehicle I have purchased through James and his team. They always go above and beyond what is asked of them and quieted all my worries on my 1st new custom truck.

We are looking forward to the custom ordered Ram Van that is coming in this spring for our company. The Z-71 we purchased late this summer has been an amazing addition to our fleet and can not wait for the new van!!!

If you have any hesitation if this is the right dealership for you.... Stop putting it off and head up to South County Dodge right now!!!
