Outstanding ocean front location.. right on the beach and few blocks from beautiful art decor center, dining and dance clubs.Report
Hotel staff is top notch customer friendly and always willing to help the customers. Rooms , facilities, Pool, spa are very well maintained.
The reason for taking out one star is their onsite Lola's surf cantina restaurant's poor service towards Marriott elite members. Marriott guests get complementary breakfast at Lola's , but the guests get least preference and all the attention goes out to others. I gave this feedback to their manager but received poker response only.

Waren schon mehrere male hier. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und hat einen privaten Strandabschnitt. Der Poolbereich mit Whirlpool in der mitte ist auch zum entspannen geeignet. Die Zimmer sind hell eingerichtet und wir hatten einen grossen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Der Starbucks in der nähe lohnt sich.Report

As an Ambassador Elite with over 1000 nights stayed in Marriott hotels, this has to rank the lowest on the list of quality, professionalism, and accommodations. The hotel has out dated rooms, missing base boards, pool heater was not functioning, tiny hot tub, expensive food and drinks which are subpar at best. The onsite sushi restaurant was good but $500 bill for 3 adults and 2 kids is crazy. We asked for daily service of the room, we received service 2 days or the 5 night stay, the floor was never cleaned. I guess to obtain any acknowledgement you need to pay with cash, not redeem 260k points which adds up to a lot more than $3k stay. Honestly the loyalty I have to this brand should account for something at this hotel.Report

A hotel with a gorgeous view of the south beach and the ocean. Two pools and a hot tub provide relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and the balconies are secluded from prying eyes.Report
