These car service was amazing. Not only were they willing to show up 3:30 in the morning, but they made stops along the way to pick up people for the airport. They knew the airport well enough that they actually helped me get to the international terminal (though I was flying domestic) because they knew the flight had changed locations. AS WELL AS realizing that my phone had fallen out of my pocket while getting out of the car. They ran back into the airport, found me and saved the trip.

When coming home we used them again. And our flight was delayed on the tarmac after landing for an hour and a half. To the driver, it appeared as if we landed. And he couldn't reach us, since we were away from a cell reception. But due to the storm he waited and cancelled other pick-ups... and was there to drive us home. Had he not, we would be stuck there... because Ubers and taxis were closed for the night and didn't want to go out in the storm.

I can't say enough about them!

My recent experience with South Bay Sedan & Limo was my first and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I've since recommended them to a number of people by word of mouth. The drive was professional, on time and extremely helpful. The car was clean and I felt very safe while traveling to and from my destination. I look forward to booking with them in the future!

Highly recommend this limo service! I had a last minute request for a wedding and everything was booked quickly and at a great price! I believe Rob was our limo driver for the day and he was awesome, on time and very personable.

I would recommend South Bay Sedan & Limo Service highly. I was in a real bind and needed transportation from San Jose Airport to my home. I called the day before my departure and a "real person" actually picked up the phone! He scheduled my pick-up for the next day without any problems. Benjamin my driver was terrific, professional, and I arrived home in good spirits! Many thanks South Bay Sedan & Limo.
