Always great service!! Very friendly staff?.

SOS techs worked on my old oil heating system and worked tirelessly all year to keep it running. This year they removed the old oil tank, water heater and did the conversion to a new gas furnace. They did an amazing job! There were 2 zones that had been frozen that they returned today to fix and Eric the head tech did it in under 3 hours! The previous plumber that had tried to fix it made a complete mess, had leaks all over the place and said he couldn't fix it. Eric repaired the whole thing without one leak and had the heat working after a short time! I can't tell you enough how responsive and responsible this company has been.
They also answer emails and calls and send confirmation notices and do confirmation calls as well as texts when the tech is coming. I have been beyond pleased with this company!

This business is professional and structured. As a first time customer, the registration took some time, ie, like a doctor's office as a new patient, but to their credit, they have a computerized system and front loading the effort likely saves time and pain down the line. Even though it was peak season for heating service, Beatrice accommodated me, professionally and with courtesy. She was extremely receptive and responsive to any follow-up calls or questions. Mike Krawitz, the technician, who came by for the tune-up was above-and-beyond courteous and knowledgeable. His patient and detailed explanations regarding procedures were reminiscent of a doctor with commendable bedside manners. It was also convenient to be able to access a digital service receipt online.

I can say with absolute honesty that SOS is one of the few businesses that I've never had a problem with. As a matter of fact, I truly enjoy dealing with them!

Most recently I had canceled my oil delivery service because I was set to move. When this move became delayed, I reached out and within a few minutes my account was reactivated, and the budget pricing really cannot be beat.

A special shout out to Carmen for exceptional customer service! She was friendly and efficient and she really went above and beyond to get me back on track with minimum effort on my part.
