Amazing. Maria was so kind and understanding and personable. She walked me through all the products, made sure I was comfortable and gave me the power to determine what we did with my hair. So refreshing to have someone care so much about something that I deal with every day. She also gave me pointers on how to do my hair and what products to use and how to do them, in addition to validating what I've been trying to do to keep my hair on my head. I am beside myself. Thank you doesn't cover it. My hair feels like me again. 100/100
