My first experience with the service department. Alex was professional AND very kind. Peter went out of his way to help with an interior car issue. All the services performed were explained completely. I am not use to this respect I was paid by them and the checkout staff. Totally appreciated it all. It turned my anxieties into a happy satisfying experience. For this I cannot thank you all enough.

I've experienced the highest of customer service! With the purchase of my Subaru to all custom gear to fit perfect with my life style,, Thank you Adam, Mike, David, & Haley!!!

Recently, we ordered parts for our vehicle through Sommers. I was told the parts had arrived and I took my vehicle in for service the following day. Their parts department didn't realize that the parts that were ordered were for the wrong vehicle until I was in the rental about to make my way home. This wasted a few hours of my day and no one at the dealership seemed to care.

I was greeted pleasantly when I came in for service; the pictures of my car were given to me to check; my coupon was entered. The wait for the service was about what the technician had suggested. Extra bonus, my salesman (from three and a half years ago when I bought the car), Seth, greeted me by name when he saw me in the waiting area and we had a chance for chat later.

Extra bonus, my salesman (from five years ago when I bought the car), Seth, greeted me by name when he saw me in the waiting area and we had a chance for chat later.

This service visit exceeded the positive impressions I had in the past. The service "greeter," Steven, sought out help for an issue I had had with my radio turning on each time I turned on the car (even if I had turned off the radio) when I turned off the car. It's now working perfectly. In addition, he found someone who solved my issue with the Bluetooth "responder" frequently offering a name of someone not remotely similar to what I had requested. That person (I forgot his name) solved that problem! I couldn't be happier about the whole service experience.

Brought my Subaru back for a Starlink upgrade. I had a loaner and it was a seamless experience.

My salesperson, Devin P. was AWESOME! Very easy to work with and always kept me posted on details of car arrival. I would highly recommend working with him and Mequon Subaru! Love my Crosstrek!
