Sommer's Subaru

Had a front cover leak on my new Crosstrek. Summers provided a loaner and my service writer Mike, expedited the repair so I would get my car back ASAP. Found all my concerns addressed successfully.

Curt was very nice and treated us fairly.

My advisor, Sara, was great. She got me in right away, even though I was 20 minutes early. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The people that greeted me were very nice. Explained everything about what Services they were doing. Car was done 15 minutes earlier than I expected, and everything was great. They explained the pricing and even washed my car.

Wonderful business professionals and exceptional care at Sommer's Subaru. I went in for my 3rd Subaru this week and was well taken care of by my "Subaru guy", Adam D. He and the finance professional, Dogan, knew I was upgrading to an Outback for the sole purpose of having a better vehicle for my up and coming large dog, but was also on a budget. They were able to work the numbers in a way that I missed out on nothing I needed, and I have all the important necessities an active dog owner needs to set up and protect their vehicle for the long haul. There are no forceful sales, and they move as quickly as they can to keep the process swift and simple. Both are also a joy to talk with. Purchasing a vehicle is rarely so enjoyable.
