Add ReviewService at Stateline Subaru staff are polite, upfront, informative, and knowledgeable. Kyle was attentive, explained issue , (wheel bearings), honest . Informed myself diagnostics might be an hour, would that be acceptable? Less than half hour Kyle returned, repair might be a hour or so. I was staying that was fine. My appointment time 9 AM . Everything finalized 10:30. Kudos to service individuals they were wonderful. Highly recommend Stateline Subaru service. Thank you.Report

This is specifically related to the service department. I received 2 years of complementary maintenance because i bought during construction. Fantastic. First appointment - I brought the car in and waited for 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I was then charged for the tire rotation. Came home and reviewed the letter, and had to call and get it refunded. Second service, I brught the car in, wait time was an hour. They again required me to pay for the tire rotation and filters. I had no problem with paying for the filters. Got home and called to get the rotation refunded. The third time, they came to pick up my car. Great. I was told it would be dropped back to me by 5 pm. 6:00 no car and no call. I tried calling, but they were closed. I called the next morning and was told there was an issue and would be covered under warranty. I was told my car would be dropped off by 5 pm. Still, my car was not brought back. I waited until noon the next day and called to inquire about my car. I was told it's out for delivery. I live 10 minutes tops from the dealership. My car was STILL not delivered. I called the next morning and was transferred to the GM. They apologized profusely and informed me my car would be dropped off within the hour, and it was. I then again had to fight for them to hono their promotion. I bought my car 2 years ago with the tire and rim coverage. I have scheduled the rim appointment, drove the car to the dealership on the day of, and was told the "tire guy" wasn't going to be able to do it. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Again, I drove to the dealership to be told the same thing. I was then told, "You should wait until after winter to get this fixed just in case." I was livid that he wouldn't try and reschedule. This last oil change, they came to pick up the car and brought it back the same day. Still had to fight for them to honor the promotion. I went in this past Saturday to get my rim fixed and was told, "I need to ask when my tire guy can do it." I paid for coverage I am unable to use. I will only be back for the warranty coverage but will never be back to the service department for anything other than that. What an absolute nightmare.Report
