I went to a game on Wednesday September 6th, 2023, and went near the Patriots dugout for autographs (the stairs on section 109) , the staff that was assigned to make sure people weren’t trampling each other showed to not pay any attention, one of the ticket holders was pushing a kid onto the rail to try to get an autograph while he took up all space to get through the isle (Another person tried to tell him to give way and stop pushing the kid onto the railing to which he started yelling back.. a few feet from Staff who did not intervene), I saw a girl trying to get by the same guy who was shoving the kid onto the railing and asked multiple times to make way after no answer from the guy, she tried to pass behind him, he backed up on her and she ended up being basically pushed against the chair to which she fell over and ended up almost hitting her head against another chair, ended up with bruises and a ripped up legging.. This incident happened a few feet from the staff in charge of the section, the staff member showed no care for her injuries - The guy who backed up did not move even after she fell and got hurt because of him, nor did the staff in charged remove or addressed the guy. Truly unsafe and unprofessional. I got her information after the incident. The reaction of the staff present is horrendous and makes me second guess the care staff takes towards other people’s safety. Truly disappointed.
