Fire alarm goes off pretty much every single month (with the whole city fire department arriving), sometimes in the middle of the night… ?

They are scammers. Do not trust these people. When we applied they told us that the deposit was fully refundable even if we back out then when back out and ask for our deposit and they told us that we will receive a check in ten business days. Since then no one answers our calls or emails. Do not trust this people.
Moreover i mistakenly receive an email from a tenant saying that there were homeless walking inside the building sleeping in common areas. So no security.

I've been living in 788 Harrison for 2 years and decided to move out due to noise at night from above unit. The management is lacking at solving seemingly simple issues like this. Not recommend to anyone.

Deposit thieves! Watch out because you will not get your full amount back when you move out, even if you treat your apartment perfectly and ask them for the exact amount to pay when you move out. You will be slapped with hidden fees and have to pay for the repainting of your apartment even if you do nothing to the walls.
