My name is Ken Hughes and I am the owner of Solutions In Fitness Personal Training and Sports Conditioning.  Please take your time and find out more about my personal training services.



Are you completely exhausted at the end of every work day?  Do you know why? Your body and its myriad of physical systems has adapted to that level of activity - and not one, ounce more. The body is cool that way, adapting up or down to whatever stressors that are presented to it on a consistent basis. You'll be surprised how much better you'll feel, if you give your body 15-30 minutes of activity each day that is a little more than it is used to dealing with - Get Fit!
