I was in a terrible car accident, my car was totaled and I sustained serious injuries. I talked to several accident attorneys over the phone and I’m so glad I hired Solution now. My initial call was with Jimin, she walked me through the whole process and I felt very confident in her abilities. I like the fact that you text on one number and the respective person reaches out to you right away, this is great customer service. They recommended me to very good doctors where I got high quality treatment. In the end, I was fairly compensated by the other insurance company. Throughout the entire process Jimin’s team was very communicative and responded quickly when contacted. I highly recommend Jimin and team.

Sadly, I had my first car accident in a freeway. I was in shock and didn’t know what to do. I was in pain and scared, thinking what would happen next. I got referred Solution Now Law Firm and got guided through all the steps, one by one. They were so helpful on getting help for my back pain and making me feel like I was protected 100%. They kept in touch with all my doctors and mechanics and kept me updated at all times. I’ll definitely will go back to them if I ever( hopefully not) get in a car accident.

I was in my first ever accident and was overwhelmed with everything that comes along with it. The other driver totaled both mine and their car and I sustained some injuries from accident. After not getting much help from my insurance I reached out to Solution Now and it was the best decision I've ever made.

Jimin Oh and her team went above and beyond in helping me every step of the way and answering every question I had without hesitation. They took a very difficult situation that nobody wants to go through and made it bearable. They handled all the insurance matters, contacted and made all my medical appointments, and checked up on me frequently every step of the way.

In the end, Solution Now got me back healthy and got also got me great settlement. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for an auto accident injury case.
