Sol 19 Yoga - A yoga studio that integrates physical health, with mental health and community, encouraging you do to do what's best for you. SOL19 Yoga is a family owned and operated studio, led by Tamara Burke and Matt Gasmovic with the help of their furry, four legged companions, Bailey and Rocket, and an incredible staff of managers, teachers, and volunteers. SOL 19 was born in 2018 and continues to grow as a yoga studio and community center, focused on mindfulness, art, spirituality, breath and physical movement. With three climate controlled yoga rooms spread across more than 5,000 square feet (Men's and Women's locker rooms/showers available), SOL 19 is proud to offer a top notch facility that promotes a reliable student experience for every class. Students of all skill levels are welcome with classes ranging from beginners All-levels, Deep Stretch/Yin, Hot Yoga as well as more advanced Power and Rocket Vinyasa practices. Combined with yoga, SOL 19 also offers non-physical classes including meditation, breath work and spirituality, with the intention of working on and improving both the body and the mind.
