BUYER BEWARE! I initially had a good sales experience and paid top dollar for my 22 Rubicon. Now less than 20k miles and an extended service contract my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is not able to get in for a coolant/radiator critical issue for almost a month if I leave it/drop off or 2 months just to get it in for a scheduled appointment! They can sell them, but they can’t maintain them on a resonable level it appears. Very disappointing and no other solutions offered like a rental discount, loaner, or other creative solution.Report
