They are very professional and friendly (unlike other places we went to in town). We started with one salesman and ended up with another, which I was very concerned with considering they work on commission. However, when I spoke to both of them about it, they both said that their main concern was that we were taken care of. Everyone seemed very upfront and honest and I would definitely recommend them to friends or family!
