Smith Strong, PLC is a first-class law firm. We attended their free Estate Planning Workshop which provides a platform to hear varied questions and comments from the participants. The workshop was led by Nicole Gram. She is extremely knowledgeable in estate planning and explains legal terms and concepts in easy-to-understand language while encouraging all questions. This session provided the basis on which our living and asset trusts were developed. We were kept fully informed throughout the process with timely communications from Nicole, Harper, Kevin, and Julie. Materials and feedback submitted by us were promptly acknowledged and acted upon. The office environment is also very welcoming and comfortable with water and assorted coffees and teas available. Their final work products exceeded our expectations!

Not super impressed. Felt like I was dealing with a fast food drive through, being asked after every sentence "do you have anymore questions". I thought I'd find someone that would be helpful to an already stressful situation, instead I was met with someone who gave me even less hope than what I walked into the meeting with. Needless to say, it was the most expensive 13 minutes of my life.

I contacted Smith Strong to handle some property deeds for me, and the attorneys and staff were amazing. They were professional, informative, prompt, and efficient throughout the entire process. Their prices were reasonable and their location is convenient. Everyone there was nice, welcoming, and happy to help.
