Attorney Keith Jones and his paralegal, Jessica Lee, handled my legal matter with the efficiency and knowledge I would expect from a top-rated law office. They were attentive, diligent, and made the legalities of the divorce process as stress free as I could’ve hoped.

Van and I have already talked privately about this, but I need everyone to know: Van is it stand-up guy and if you're in a situation where you need legal help I'm sure that it's stressful and maybe even scary for you. But Van is not the type of person who would ever say that he can't help you. Van and I'm sure any of his staff will do whatever is needed to take care of your situation. Van believes in the philosophy of treating others as you would like to be treated, so if you can trust him with your concern, then you will be treated well.

I would think twice before working with this law firm. I came to them with an uncontested change in custody and child support and explained that it needed to be done in 6 months because I was moving overseas. Easy, right, it was uncontested. My ex-husband and I were entirely in the same page. However it was not easy at all due to general incompetence or just lack of interest in a straight-forward case and poor communication. Here were the major issues:
— general sloppiness and lack of attention to detail: my ex husband was sent forms to sign with another clients name on them — more than once! I realize they used a template and modified it with personal information for different clients, but this is so careless and a huge breach of privacy!
— poor communication: status updates were hard to get and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone — always told “away from desk.”
— ball dropped: apparently the ball was dropped with getting the court to sign the new child support orders. It wasn’t actually completed until 8 months after the original deadline which they promised to meet. Entire process took a year and a half. I personally feel like they slow-rolled a basic case to make a little more money.
— Nickle and Dime: beware they bill you and don’t pull from the retainer and bill for everything possible. A basic uncontested case was over 3K when all was said and done.
—*** also, all poor reviews are eventually removed hence the high rating average.

Came in with my dad to go over his Will and Estate and I was very impressed how well the attorney explained everything to us. Job well done!!!! Thank you so much!!
