I had the fortune of having Marci Ball represent me when I got into an unfortunate accident where a DUI crashed into me and caused a herniation on my neck and Marci went above and beyond for me. Her assistant Bianca, was superb, and as a team they were genuine, caring, patient, professional, and kept me up to date and involved on every move they made.
