The staff at Smile Creations is always very pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Dixie and Adriana help to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable and are always taking time to ask about family, work and all that's new. Dr. Heck takes time to do more than just a teeth exam -- he is personable, thoughtful and will always ask how the family is doing -- adding a kind and personal touch. I feel completely at ease coming to Smile Creations as I know Dr. Heck and his Team have my best interests in mind.

While "loved it" is probably not the true description for a guy who doesn't like going to the dentist, Dixie and Dr. Heck made the experience a good one. Great staff very friendly and professional Usually going to dentists offices fill me with anxiety, because I am always intimidating everyone because of my beautiful looks. But here everyone is as physically beautiful as me and causes no problems!

From the first phone call I was impressed. I Have never seen Dr. Heck. He was friendly and very informative as well as compassionate. Adriana was a real help, the financial coordinator. I got a same day appointment for two extractions and didn't feel a thing. I will definitely be back!!!! Thank yo so much Smile Creations!!!!!
