Dr. Clare Tao is a detail-oriented and compassionate eye care provider with an integrative approach.
She attended SUNY College of Optometry for her Doctorate Degree and completed her training at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda and Ezra Medical Center in Brooklyn before joining private practices. Before moving to New Jersey, she worked extensively in private optometry and ophthalmology practices in the New York Metro area.

If I could have a Dr. Tao in every medical/health discipline, I can guarantee you I wouldn't avoid going for yearly checkups. Extremely friendly and funny. She takes the time to analyze and thoroughly explain any issues or concerns to patients for them to understand the direction they should take to better their eye health.

Dr. Tao is great. She has a very pleasant manner about her which makes you feel right at home and comfortable, even when she is performing a pressure test on your eye which can be very uncomfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and above all ,they respect appointment times.

Great doctor for real. Everyone deserves someone like Dr. Tao looking at their eyes. Will be returning regularly for new frames and eye checkups.

Excellent service. I went there in March for a anual vision exam. I had an issue with my employer I needed proof that I have the corrected glasses and contact prescription.Dr.Clare was helpful , she fill out the paper work and helped me with this process. I 100% recommend this place.

Dr. Tao is the utmost excellent eye doctor who takes concern and care. She will go out of her way to tell you what you need and do not need. I must say she is by far the best eye Dr. I've ever been to. .
