Sloane Toyota of Glenside

I had a great experience buying my Car from Sloane Toyota of Glenside. The salesman, Rob Destefano, did an excellent job getting me the car I wanted and really good deal. He and this dealership hustled to make it happen!

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla cross over at Sloane Glenside. My sales rep was Rob Destefano. He was very easy to talk too, he was very professional with a friendly demeanor. Purchasing a car sure has its challenges but Rob made me feel at ease. I had a positive experience with Rob at Sloane Toyota of 'Glenside.

Patrick was of terrible service to my partner and his mother, overcharged them for a service management had told them was lower than they had been charged today. Spoke to my partner and mother rudely and sarcastically. Patrick, buddy, either learn some customer service skills or go work in some fast food kitchen you geek. oh and FYI, that polo is too tight on your big ass.

Went in for my 25k maintenance before a long trip, the next day lug nut stud broke off. Called Sloan and made it an appointment , next day lady at reception telling me that I don’t have an appointment. I spoke to Dave the manager we agreed that the tires are rotated and all other lug nuts properly retorqued. Sloan called me back that the car is ready but the tire rotation was not performed. I spoke to Dave and he gaslighted me that my tires don’t need to be rotated. He started to make fun of me in front of everyone and calling me Jack off. Then Dave got in my face and started yelling at me. Dave refused to remediate my issue and kept blaming me for abusing the vehicle. Do not take your car to Sloan they have unsupervised rookies doing maintenance.

Bill was Great, very informative & pleasant to work with, I would definitely be buying from him in the near future & recommend him to anyone buying a car, in fact I talked to a few others working there & they also were friendly, awesome experience ever buying a car!!! Getting my Corolla Cross inspected today at Sloane Toyota of Glenside! They didn’t have an appointment that allowed me to wait for my car, so they are “Lyfting” me home and back at their expense! Now THAT is customer service! #RESPECT
