They were so kind, and the staff were so kind. They are experts in automobiles. They gave a really big discount on the price. I will recommend friends from now on. I had a positive experience with Nicholas and Sloane Toyota Glenside. I had a unique situation and needed a car ASAP after insurance totalled my old car. I know Toyotas are reliable, so I reached out to the dealer from home after finding the car I wanted on their website... I asked if we can do the process via phone/text. They called back with an approval, I got dropped off there, took the car on a test drive, signed paperwork, and made my way to finish my errands. They did everything they could to make my experience as convenient as possible. I dread car dealerships usually, but handling most on the phone was awesome. Also, they were very polite and knowledgeable. So, five stars from me! Thank you!

I highly recommend Sloane if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. The entire buying process was seamless — even with me being a bit of a challenge at times. My experience began with Sales Manager Jamie, who was incredibly helpful. My salesperson, Robert Miller, was the perfect blend of professional, courteous, and personable. Martin in finance was upfront, knowledgeable, and made the final steps as painless as possible. Truly a great team.
