The attitude of the front desk of the repair department at this car dealership is very poor. Is there anything happening at home that makes you feel bad? I do not recommend this car dealer.

Overall experience was great. I actually purchased my very first vehicle from Sloane about 20 years ago, and the experience was same as I recall. Glad I went back.

Yu and Sloane were great up until the delivery of our brand new CRV. They knew approximately what time we were arriving to pick up our vehicle, and upon pick up the car was covered in dust and dirt. Would have been nice to pick up our brand new car nice and shiny! Credit to Yu for trying to clean it himself, but we weren’t even offered to be compensated for a car wash. Not the kind of service you expect when purchasing a new car.

Excellent service. They really work with you to get you the best deal. John truly made the whole process so much easier!
