Pellet D. from Sales at Honda Sloane in PA was genuinely kind and extremely helpful. My car compartment was locked and stuck, and I couldn’t get it open despite trying with others. Pellet came out immediately, asked no questions, stepped into the car, and within 5–10 minutes he figured it out. That truly shows his knowledge and professionalism as a salesman. Others had tried and were unable to help, but he took the time and solved the problem with kindness and patience.

If you visit Honda Sloane, I highly recommend asking for Pellet D. Genuine kindness like that doesn’t come easily.

I’m not the one to write a bad review but if there was a 0 star review I would give it to Dan O’Donnell the used car Financial manager. I was in there today 12/15/25 my fiancé wanted to get me my dream car which was a 2022 Honda accord for Christmas that she was supper excited about. We took it on a test drive and we both loved the car and really wanted to come home with it and were smiling from ear to ear and I was going to co sign for her. We were very excited to potentially come home with the car until Dan came into play. From when he stepped into the office we could see he was unprofessional by his demeanor and arrogance. He asked us who was buying the car I stated that my fiancé will be buying it and I will be co-signing. From that point he only asked me questions and not my fiancé who is buying the car and acted like she wasn’t even there. He started to cop an attitude with his co-worker about the monthly payment and how much she was putting down witch was on paper in his hand in front of a customer which he should have gathered all of that before coming to talk to us. He was all about making a deal and not working with us at all he just wanted the sale I stated we will be going threw our bank that gave us a better rate and he wanted us to put a deposit down and I declined. He stated that he will sell the car tmr witch was very unprofessional and I told him if the car was to sell tmr it was not meant to be. He then said to us is there any other car that we would be interested in that would have a cheaper payment basically saying we don’t have enough money for the car that we wanted. For my first dealership ship experience on my own at 22 years old with enough money and the good credit score Dan made me feel down on my self and crushed my expectations for me and my fiancé we were so happy to potentially take the car home tonight.
By how I was treated and the reviews I read about Dan Sloan Honda needs to take disciplinary action by the way he treats customers and staff members it’s disgusting and toxic he He clearly has Issues with disregarding women. ITS MAKING ME SECOND GUESS BUYING A CAR FROM SOLAN HONDA.

My experience with Walter was very pleasant he was absolutely amazing and really heard all my concerns and answered all of my questions. The only reason I have to give 3 stars because of Dan was very very rude he was so very unprofessional and made Walter lose a sale.He was very unprofessional in the aspect of saying hell sell the car on us after we declined putting a deposit on the car.While in the process of talking to Dan about the pricing he was giving a very rude demeanor towards Walter about the paperwork right in front of us customers. I am not one to right bad reviews but something needs to be done about his behavior.

Really disappointing customer service. I lost my car keys and I called in advance to make sure they had the key in stock and to be quoted for cost. When I get there in person today I am told they do not have the key in stock. They are also unable to ship the key. What a waste of time. No help or alternative locations suggested by the technician either. Take your business elsewhere.

Poor attitude from salesman who handled me. unwilligness to negotiate. lack of transparency. Asking for low OTD pricing and constantly flipped to a finance deal to meet the numbers despite telling them I am not interested in financing.

I absolutely recommend Sloane Honda! Everyone we personally dealt with was excellent professional, personable, and incredibly accommodating. We were the last sale of the evening, yet the entire team handled us with care and never made us feel rushed.

Mike was amazing. He ran the numbers several times without hesitation to make sure we were fully comfortable with everything. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process.

Elvio was also excellent. He helped us secure an extended warranty and a peace-of-mind package at a very reasonable deal. Both Mike and Elvio made us feel confident in our purchase and ensured we got exactly what we wanted for financing and protection. They assured us we could call anytime with questions and they truly meant it.

Xin, our sales representative, delivered great customer service. We already knew what we wanted, which made things easier, but his calm, pleasant, and patient attitude made the experience outstanding. He even stayed late and came in on his day off the next day just to finalize our transaction. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

Overall: 10/10 definitely recommend!
