I recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Sliman’s in Amherst, Ohio, and I have to give major credit to Gene McCoy for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Gene made sure everything was seamless, communicating with me via text, phone, and even sending me a personalized video tour of the vehicle before I made the trip out. That level of service is rare, and it showed just how much he values his customers.

When I arrived, everything was exactly as he described, and he took the time to walk me through every detail of the Palisade. There was no pressure, no rush—just honest, knowledgeable guidance. Gene’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

I also appreciate the support from Miles Ferraro, Bill Schwark Jr., the General Sales Manager, who were all great to work with. But if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Gene McCoy. You won’t find better service anywhere!
