Chad spent the time that was required to do a lot of research on local coding and helped us secure a surveyor to ensure we were within the local allowances on our property. His design work was great. We did a lot of tweaking and he always took the time to ensure it was just the way we wanted it. He definitely went above and beyond to help us create the image we were going for.

Chad is a beyond-the-expected-outcome kind of professional. He took over our unfinished project and immediately did what was necessary to make it right and move it forward in a timely fashion. He's professional, skilled and helpful. And best of all he takes an interest in the project so he's invested in making it the best it can be. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone.
