Sky Zone was a blast, my 5 year old and his friends had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Kenney our party host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we need. Will definitely do this again.

So where do I start.....First let me start by saying the two young ladies who helped us get setup were great. I even left them a tip....BUT....what was disturbing is the young men who worked there did not monitor the areas they were supposed to as they routinely walked away or had their attention on their phones when they were supposed to be monitoring the play areas. Also too, they often could be seen engaged with the other teenagers who came up there to "hang out". As I was leaving this group of teenagers could be heard saying they were going to "steal cars out the parking lot" and anyone who'd dare oppose them would be "shot" because as the one young man said "I'm ready to catch a body" lol smdh...Funny, NO, actually it's sad and pathetic the mindset of some of our young people. Clearly this young man was being so demonstrative because he was seeking attention but this is the element that seems to be prevalent there (especially after reading some of the other reviews). Having said this, I certainly won't be giving them anymore of my money even though all and all my son and his friends had a pretty good time I'd say. But if I'm running a business you've gotta do better with your staff and the element that you allow to permeate throughout your establishiment.

We had our daughters birthday party there this evening and was very disappointed start to finish. Our party was booked for 5:00. We had to alert the staff minutes before to actually have them start setting it up. Once we eventually got in there, later than scheduled, it took longer to get all the food and drinks brought in and set up. By close to 6, the staff started advising us that another party was scheduled at 6 and we needed to start wrapping up....even though we did not get in there until at least 15 min late. They were in cleaning up garbage while we were still opening gifts. We rushed as much as we could, went to cash out, and the party rep was trying to charge us for more kids than we had at the party. After everything was said and done, we realized that we did not receive some of the party goodies that came in the event package we ordered (mainly my daughter's birthday t-shirt she was looking forward too). We were so glad to get out of the place, I wasent going back to get it. Needless to say, it was a hectic, disorganized mess and we will not be patronizing this Skyzone location again.

The kids had fun.
