The actual play part of the park was pretty consistent. The staff generally seemed friendly. Minus the front desk employee who, instead of trimming the wrist band for my 4 and 6 yard olds, decided to just stick the adhesive to their wrist with no clue or care. Mauricio, I told you then, I didn't appreciate it, and I don't envision bringing the family back down at $100 a trip.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZINGGGGG?????
Live downtown Chicago and traveled out the city to have some comfort and I can say I didn't regret it.
I was the only African American there but guess what no one there made us feel out of place. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO ANY WHERE. Being any race, any shape, any form, and feel like you can have a good time.
Kids and adults interacted with me and my family
Wonderful experience except one of the workers, older guy was making sure ppl had on mask ( we all did, but wasn't happy with his nitpicking) but If your vaccinated and in ur own space we need to breathe out there without feel like we're being watched and can't play.
Loved it and will be returning!!!!!!

Had such a great time with my kids. The staff was fun and interactive, even joining in the fun with some of the patrons. We also met a few new staff members that had just finished orientation and they were very polite and excited to help everyone have a great time.

Negative:- Today me and my family decided to enjoy my birthday at sky zone since my kid love playing there and also we are a member. The lady at check in literally took more than 10 mins to check in another guest. When I lost my patience I decided to kindly ask her to see what's going on since it was 6:30pm already and they were getting close early because it's Monday. I ask the lady at check in how much time it's gonna take since I also took another family with me and kids were crying due to wait time at check in. It was also not that busy. There was only one person behind us taking forever. It was due to the check in person. The lady rudely replied to me with a bunch of attitude that it will take time. I said can you ask another person to just check us in. Because if I am paying for a membership for easy check in why do I wait for real. The lady ignored us. I ask her to call a manager she said she is a manager. I said call your boss. She gone to bring someone whom she already lied and explained the situation. Another guy came with a double attitude and just attacked us with rudeness. I said all I asked is to get checked in it's almost 15 mins and we are waiting outside. It was only us in the line. He was just not listening us and just covering her employees mistakes. Moral of the story I am a kind person I usually don't fight for a silly reason. But sky zone it's my humble request that customer is a king of market. If customers will spread a word about how this employee behaved it will definitely impact a business for sure. Since I am your loyal customer I will expect easy check in next time.

Positive :- I am a member with sky zone Vernon hills since day one we never had any worst experience with any customer service representative on checking in. Me and my family especially my 3 year old kid just love this place as always 2 hours are just not enough for us. Also they are so clean. Employees inside the bar is so awesome as always thank you sky zone for everything.
