Could easily be a 5, but it needs maintenance. Space is incredible with lots to do and a great staff, but it's in disrepair. Trampolines have lots of holes covered in duct tape, some springs have come off. U can feel it because some are way softer than others. One whole freestyle section is torn apart. The wipe out is only run intermittently because "it needs to cool down." A couple arcade games don't work either. Other main attractions are shut down like sky climb. I want to love this place and would if they would just keep it up.

AS RIGHT NOW, I AM EFFECTIVELY CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY A MEMBERSHIP TO BE MISTREATED. WHAT A FOUL MOUTH OF THE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANAGER OH MY GOD!!!!!

Good place to let the kids release some energy. Its a big trampoline park with lots of attractions but a few were closed. Isn't too pricey either. There are party rooms which can be booked for birthday's etc. definitely worth a visit for the kids. Our kids had a lot of fun. Socks came with the tickets.

Great place to spend with family

The facility is poorly maintained and the party events have no assistance for parents. We attended a party that was suppose to begin at 5:15p but the staff didn't pull themselves together until after 6p. Half of the equipment is shutdown for being out of order including the climbing walls.

The reason for two stars was the Dodgeball area. The two staffers knew how to keep the game moving along and in a friendly and fair manner.

Overall, with half the facility in disrepair it isn't worth it when the St. James is cheaper and fully operational.

We held a birthday party here last week and for the amount of money that we paid, the room was dirty, the party planner was non existent besides bringing the food. No tableware, cups or plates were given. We had to search the room for them ourselves. For paying nearly 450.00, I would have expected better service. There were teenagers jumping on one another trying to give one a wedgie in the middle of the walkway and the employees were just standing there. I do not recommend booking your kids party here. Everyone working here is under the age of 18 and are just hanging out on their phones. Opting for Laser Tag at Ultra Zone next time where we have had a better experience.
