I love when I come back and edit my reviews. This place improved a lot since my last visit last year, very clean and friendly staff the kiddos had lots of fun bathrooms are clean too

Manager for the party room was amazing! We did not get to go in on time but he extended are party time and made everyone happy! Are party host was amazing and checked on us every 15 minutes. I will book a party again.

We came with 3 adults, a 9 year and a 1.5 year old…. The only trampoline areas that were open was the large one and the dodgeball one. We had no where to take the toddler and no where saying they wouldn't have anything for young kids. It's a Saturday, it's of course going to be busy and the play areas and we should be able to have somewhere to bring young kids and not worry about 12 year olds running over them everywhere we go. I was trying to seclude my toddler to one trampoline and kids were still running over him. We asked for a toddler area and they said they only do it in the mornings during the week… this is a kid play place, I just think they should have a designated play area especially when there were two small trampoline areas that were blocked off and weren't being used. I'm just disappointed in this because it made it more stressful to have to not only watch what my toddler is doing but watch where everyone else's kids are

First off we would like to say we are very sorry to hear about your experience this past Saturday at our park. We admit we were a little overbooked on parties and things may have been a little overwhelming for guests coming in with small children and we apologize for that. Typically we would have been happy to open those other jump areas that you saw closed off for the little kids to have to themselves, but those play areas are in need of maintenance and with a global shortage of materials during this time we cannot get our hands on springs needed to repair those areas. To make up for your experience we would like to have your group back for a free jump session on a day of your choice. Thank you.
