Place is absolutely amazing, clean, away from the city but still close to every thing you need. Nice park, pool, hoops. All you need now is a dog park ??

Hello everyone at Label & Com. I would first like to state that our homes construction has begun 2 weeks ago. My wife and I are both excited!! We signed our contract back in October 2022. Roseline has been nothing but wonderful in our purchasing of our home. Roseline even helped us to do Both our Plan A & B before the years end. We are looking forward to the adventure with Label & Company during our house construction. Will post later more as the home building progresses.

It's a very nice place to live. Though sometimes people can be noisy but that's ok. Some of the rules are a bit strict with how you can have your yard and stuff but I guess it's just so everyone's house can match the aesthetic they want. One thing I don't like is sometimes the wiring in the house is faulty.

Beautiful homes and great sales team! We are in the building process and the experience so far has been awesome. Roseline and Jeanette has been attentive and helpful.

Models are amazing, but if you actually go in the neighborhood it looks like the ghetto of Westlake ????. Not sure if they have an HOA yet but if they do you guys are definitely not doing your Job. Lawns look like garbage, cars parked all over, someone needs to send out an S.O.S!! My opinion only..
