They were very helpful when shopping for an upgraded light. Going from cheaper Amazon lights, I wasn't sure. The light I got is awesome. My wife and I went to the Owasso store on 1/17/22 to purchase a tent kit. We picked one out with an advertised price of $476. When I was ready to pay the sales guy said someone messed up and mismarked the price. After speaking to the owner over the phone I was told they would NOT honor the price shown. This is an untrustworthy company. They will sell you things that you do not need or want. I would never recommend them in a million years. I believe it was Sarah that sold me the grow light. No, I did not have my receipt, but I do believe she would remember me, as well as the other guy there working the counter. Its too bad. I have a very large garden. I told her she was risking losing $1,000 in garden supplies ( just this first year ) over a $25 light bulb. If you purchased something you did not use, and if it falls within the return policy we will gladly assist you. Skunk Grow Supply Returns Policy • Proof of purchase is required. “Proof of purchase” includes your original receipt and a picture ID. • Refunds, store credit, and exchanges are issued within 30 days of purchase, after 30 days all sells are final. • No returns on ANY liquids, nutrients, lamps, or bulbs unless there is an obviously manufacturer defective OR the manufacturer/distributor offers a special guarantee. • Opened tents are ONLY returnable due to manufacturing defects and are exchange only. • We are required to inspect items thoroughly. Non-defective returns MUST be in new, resalable condition with ALL retail packaging, accessories, booklets, and paperwork intact and in undamaged condition. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. No exceptions. • Defective items in the first 30 days are eligible for refund or exchange, after 30 days depending on warranty and distributor, we will offer the customer help with any warranty process.
