--SHADY GROW STORE-- High prices and employees that don't know what they are talking about when it comes to any type of growing. They also went around to all the other grow stores leaving one star reviews under fake accounts so they would get more biz. As Okies have learned ALOT OF SNAKES IN THE GRASS.
Probably a pretty good store to buy from but when I went in and asked the guy behind the counter a question he handed me a card and told me to watch a YouTube video and come back. I don’t know about you but that’s pretty lousy customer service. Was I helped? Yes. Did I get any of the answers I was looking for? Well if I had wanted to watch a screen for information on the products a physical store with an actual employee was providing sure I would’ve but unfortunately I did not want to watch the video(s) so no I did not get any answers.

Hi Daniel, thanks for the review. Unfortunately in this industry as with all retail stores there is a massive amount of information about all aspects from start to finish involved with the products we carry and the how, what, when, where and why or why not they are used. We also have the added information on how to tend to live plants, process those plants and more! We like to give the best advice we possible can, Indica Institute is a fantastic source and we highly recommend it regularly. As with any retail store we carry thousands of products and each one has a depth of information associated with them. As a whole we make a concerted effort to do our very best amd sometimes that means admitting we simply don't know the answer and helping people find another source that we feel will help them on their journey! Used to be my go to grow store and they had everything you needed at great prices. Selection has declined and prices are up. Still a good store, just not as good as a year ago.
