Nicolle was friendly & made me feel at ease. Had to have a spot biopsies on my nose & she was so gentle.

I saw Nicolle Fischer last week about some spots on my face and all my questions were answered and addressed. I had some quick procedures that day to "fix" the areas and it has helped so much. She also recommended a new facial cleanser from SkinMedica and the texture of my skin has improved so ouch in the week I've been using it. I've been very happy with the service I've gotten from this office and will be returning to them for future appointments.

Medical staff was very dismissive and acted like I was wasting their time. They didn't even seem interested until I started showing photos of just how bad it was. They didn't even examine the hives or get enough information to write an accurate visit report. The report doesn't even have the correct body parts listed for where my reaction was!! This is not acceptable.

Nicole was very thorough and listened to my concerns.
