Where do I start?! One of the most important things I want to acknowledge, is that I was NEVER treated like a number, or just another "case". Simmons and Fletcher have been nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Ann Marie. She is patient, kind, funny, personable, and such a blessing! Even when I thought my questions were dumb she reassured me that they were not. She made sure I understood everything she was explaining. When I would send an email about an inquiry "assuming" she was too busy she would call me to answer what those inquiries or concerns were. She kept me in the loop, and anytime I called, the receptionist was always kind. I am so glad I went with Simmons and Fletcher, and you will be too!

I am glad that I made the call to Simmons and Fletcher after my car accident in 2023. I had never been injured in a car accident before so this was my first time. When I tried to call chiropractors they wouldn't touch me because of the accident. I called and spoke to Ann Marie and she answered all of my questions with out making me feel pressured. After a day or two of thinking about what might be wrong I went ahead and hired them. They have been amazing through the entire process and told me to focus on getting better. After seeing a few doctors and some treatments I feel better and I only paid for prescriptions. The team has been amazing with helping me every step of the way. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do .. I know who I can trust. I am very happy with the outcome of the entire case. I would highly recommend this firm.

I chose to entrust my case to Simmons and Fletcher and had an opportunity to go elsewhere but because I’m a Cristian I allowed the Lord to lead my heart and Ms.Ann Marie counseled me in days of distress and uncertainty but was always available for my concerns about anything and I had days where I needed comfort and compassion and and she always wanted to help me and that meant a lot more than just being my chose of legal counsel, she always looked out for me and gave me advice on everything, I’m very grateful for God leading me to this opportunity and people who really cared about their clients well being, so if you’re going through an adversity do not worry nor hesitate to seek out the best which I can advise is Simmons & Fletcher more than legal advice and compassion but true friends that you can trust who will fight for you!

The attorney, Sharon Cantrell was superb. Her case manager Kenia Mcintyre was excellent. Kenia made the process of handling all the medical issues and miscellaneous things that were needed in my case.
