Andy is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything. His report was thorough and very punctual.
It was such a relief to feel confident in his inspection and to have his availability to my questions and concerns.

Responsive, punctual, thorough, courteous, and professional. I can't recommend Andy enough. In addition to providing a meticulous and thoughtful inspection of the home and property, Andy was also happy to explain the process and address all of my concerns along the way. Upon completion of the inspection, he provided us with a comprehensive and easily readable report the following day. Easily the best home inspection experience I have ever had.

Andy is amazing! He was early to the home and already taking exterior pictures. He was clear about the process and what was going to happen. He was open to answering any questions I had and encouraged me to do so. We received his report that evening, it was detailed and clear. As I said he's amazing and definitely would use him for any inspection. Definitely recommend!

Andy is a great guy, down to earth and very communicative. He's also superhuman in his shrugging off of yellow jacket stings. His inspection was very thorough and informative and I will not hesitate to recommend him hence forth.
