I wanted to share my experience with the entire Silberman & Lam group and purposely targeting Loc, Christina, and Eric. My unfortunate accident was met by diligent and caring staff who oversaw my every step of the way in ensuring my well being, medical care, financial care, and timely updates. I know that the process can be unsettling and I for one was perhaps a bit to trigger happy in calling, email looking for validation....and they did just that!!!! I came to realize that everything was taken care of and I began to put myself in cruise control. Loc was an incredible legal counsel on my behalf, Christina was the day to day behind the scene running point for Loc when I would call, and Eric would walk me off the ledge when I couldn't get a hold of anyone (I'm sure I called during lunch or when they were in trail) but Eric is the best!!!! It's not one of those kinds of comment you want to make by saying "I hope I get hurt again" but I don't want anyone else looking for a personal injury attorney....you are dealing with the very best here

I just contacted this firm and just to start I wasn't treated with respect or any kind of interest of helping me. The lady who answered the fone took my fone number and name and date of birth. I was transfered to another person i guess because i was on hold and th fone rang and another lady answered. I was asked the same info over again. I was talked like a was in an army training camp. I wanted to explain my situation and i was interrupted by other questions. Thos lady Kept saying "SIR ANSWER MY QUESTION", "YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING MY QUESTION" "JUST ANSWER YES OR NO" with a high and aggressive and intimidating tone. I immediately told her i don't like the way you are talking back to me! Thanks for your time and I hanged up. Really! thats how u start treating your clients!

I’ve been a client with Silberman and Lam for quite some time. I have never had an attorney who goes beyond the call of duty to make sure their clients get the necessary attention that’s needed in their cases. Mr. Silberman and Sheryl is an attorney who cares about their clients and they make sure that they receive everything the law requires them to receive. And not only that, Silberman and Lam made sure to claim Subsequent injuries to workers' trust funds( SIBTF) for me to get extra money and helped me with my SIBTF case to obtain the monetary compensation I was entitled to get 100% awards from California State. Not many Law firms deal to claim SIBTF, I appreciate all the hard work for me.
Thank you, Silberman and Lam, and thanks to your staff for helping small cases like mine. I will always spread the news to others about your firm. You are definitely heaven sent and I know that the people in this city are blessed as well as I to have you serving and helping them. I would highly recommend them for any worker’s compensation needs!

Fantastic attorneys for SIBTF. They know the business inside and out

The attorneys, Scott Silberman and Sheryl Lam, did an excellent job and were very thorough with my complex worker's compensation case. Scott and Sheryl worked tirelessly on my behalf to get a handsome settlement in comparison to my previous attorneys. Their staff was very communicative throughout the process and updated me whenever it was necessary. I was able to attain my doctors visits and medications that were necessary due to my condition.
