The Oasis is our one bedroom, one bathroom floor plan. At 795 square feet, this floor plan is very open. Upon entering the front door you have a large living room, dining room, and a spacious kitchen with island. The bedroom has a large walk in closet that you are sure to love. You also have a large private patio and an attached two car garage.



We have four different two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans which are known as the Shasta A, Shasta B, Shasta C and Shasta D. Each Shasta has a unique feel and special characteristic and range from 1,095 square feet to 1,146 square feet. The kitchens you will find are all nice and open, giving you plenty of counter space and room for entertaining. Each Shasta also has a built-in computer desk, all pre-wired for high speed Internet. All of the closets come standard with closet organizers to help maximize your space.



The Glacier is our three bedroom, two bathroom home that is approximately 1261 square feet. This floor plan is famous for its huge garage, as well as it's very own private patio and balcony. The master suite has a nice walk-in closet, and one of the bedrooms has access to the private balcony. You will love how open the kitchen, dining room and living room feel. Beyond this, the amount of natural light that pours through your windows will amaze you!



The Sonora is our largest home, with three bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. This floor plan is built like a town home. Your living room, dining room and kitchen are all downstairs, while your three bedrooms are all upstairs. Off of the garage, you have a full laundry room and a half bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom is spectacular, offering cathedral ceilings and a bay window. You also have a built-in computer desk that everyone will love! This floor plan is approximately 1387 square feet. This floor plan rents for $1600 per month.
