Our meats are slow cooked for up to 18 hours at low temperatures
in our mobile, state of the art 100% wood fired smoker.
We are also a fully licensed, insured and health department
certified Custom Catering Company who can serve fresh off the
grill BBQ for up to 1,500 hungry Q'nthusiasts and provide local
drop-off service for parties of 10 or more.
