Add ReviewVery bad service, I do not recommend it. You go with a problem and they do not solve it and they look for another one and in the end they do not solve what you went to solve.Report
Called in for a battery change they said I have to make appointment I said I need a new one now can you connect me with parts I was transferred to voicemail, I drive 18 mins to the dealership to talk to parts they said we don’t have one in stock. I asked if I can leave the car in service and get a loner car. They said we don’t have any loner cars available but if you pay $50 we do. I said okay I will take the loner car … then the guy came back and said we will need your car for 3 days or so … that will change the price to $150 for the loner car plus battery and labor. So I just asked for my keys back and left to advance auto parts that said they can install it and have the battery.Report

Always a room full of techs and not a single greeting. Stood there for 10 minutes while the lady ate her lunch and it took me walking all the way up to her just to tell me she'd be right with me. It's basically the same every time I go.Report
I have also paid for alignments and literally made my car worse. Can't even go 60 mph in my 2023 sonata without it wobbling and they say nothing is wrong. As soon as my oil changes are up I will not be going here ever again.
I recently visited Hyundai service center on Havana for vehicle maintenance, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The vehicle service itself was subpar. After the service, my car still had the same problem, plus a few new ones!Report
What made the situation even worse was the dreadful customer service. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. They were rude, unresponsive, and seemed uninterested in providing any real assistance. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a service center. I would not recommend to anyone looking for reliable vehicle service or decent customer care. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. Customer service need work asap. Techs need more knowledge about Hyundai products
Worst experience with a car dealership service department in my life. Called one month ahead had the car inspected, ordered all necessary parts, and dropped the car off for repair.Report
We were lied to several times about the progress of the car. Three days later we were told the two day job was not finished and they were waiting for parts.
Service manager was completely unhelpful offered nothing to remedy the situation and now we have to start over with an out-of-pocket paid repair.
I would never take my car to this place for any service. They are the worst if I could give negative stars I would .

Worst area,SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A BARBIE HOME,MAIN MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY UNHELPFUL.Worst place Flor buying and repairing your car.??????Report
I bought my car from Schomp Hyundai and have had it serviced through them since then. Earlier this year, I dropped it off as I was experiencing a faulty airbag sensor issue. The repairs were very unorganized, I was not getting updates about my car, and it took 2 weeks longer than expected. Things happen.Report
I finally got my car back, and a few months later I was driving on the highway when I heard a terrible noise. I pulled over and the plastic part that that they removed to access their airbag sensor was dragging on my tire. The part was destroyed and ripped to shreads. Upon further inspection, it was clear that they did not screw the piece back in after servicing my car.
I brought it back to the dealership to explain what happened and they said that they were not responsible. They said thay the repairs needed would be my responsibility.
I left, they have lost my buisness, not only in their service department, but also for the new car I plan on buying next year.
