This is our 3rd time buying a car from here and we would do it again. The experience is always easy and very comforting!

When I had a service plus contract and asked for replacement of wiper blades and have 3 on the car, it made no sense to only replace 2. I'd already paid for them. I would have been charged for all 3 if taken to another GM location.This is just my most recent visit complaint. GM thinks its okay to sell service contracts and then change the terms which charges more upon service. That is called a Breach of Contract. I'm waiting for GM to make it right. And waiting. Shortline didn't. I got 2 wiper blades and a list of excuses.

I bought a car over 4 months ago. Buying the car was fine, but I still don't have a title, and I just got plates a few days ago. There's has been either no communication or misinformation. I have come to find out that the title application was sent in on the wrong form.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience this past summer with Craig Heydman and Shortline. After a few low pressure emails with Craig I was able to verify Shortline had the lowest price for my wife's new Yukon Denali. We placed an order that day and enjoyed the entire process through driving off the lot a few weeks later. I just reserved a new Sierra AT4X and can't wait to work through Craig and the team for my new truck.
