Got there fast and got everything done super quick and was way cheaper than what I thought it would've been and car was professionally strapped down and taken to my house and dropped off with ease, definitely will use them more in the future
We got into an accident on the long road highway going from Houston to San Antonio and called this towing company, they told us 40 minutes and charged us about $120 for moving us to a nearby hotel, we were fine with it because it was better than waiting 2 and a half hours for our family members to help us, not only was the 40 minutes a false statement, but it took them 2 hours to come to our location and told us an hour into waiting for them, if we were told a 2 hour wait we would've just waited an extra 30 minutes for our family members and saved $80 other than that they took us from point a to point b fine with a little complication
Called this morning for assistance.. Sat on hold for 3 minutes without speaking to someone. When I finally hung up the "gentleman" who called back was incredibly rude when I asked which company he was calling from as I called a few. When he finally identified the company he stated that I just hung up, I told him I hung up because I waited on hold for 3 minutes.
When I went to ask him my initial question he decided it was a cool guy move to hang up on me. Quite unprofessional and not a great way to do business with other businesses.
AWFUL company. AFTER charging me $175 at 930pm - I was quoted 2 hours. It's now 2am and 40° outside and I'm LITERALLY still on the side of the road WAITING. Try to call only to get ignored and sent to a FULL mailbox, where the only thing I can do is send a TEXT with my phone number. SO unprofessional and UNRELIABLE.
