I called Shield Comfort Heating and Cooling to have my ducts and vents cleaned in a home I just bought. They are a very professional company to work with. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived exactly on time. Jasen and Joe did a fantastic job, and were very friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions while they were here- and when they found a problem with cleaning my dryer vent and couldn't do the work properly- they rescheduled another time to return that worked around my schedule, so that the job could be completed properly. I appreciated the job they did, and will definitely call them again. In the meantime, I am recommending them to others. They were great!

After being quoted over $2000 from Mowery, Shield Comfort did my repair for around $300. They were the only company I found that does free 2nd opinions! They showed up about 2 hours after my initial call. I am very pleased with everything, from speaking with the dispatch/scheduler, to Jasen, the repairman. Thank you for saving us on this 90 degree day!

Thank you so much Shield! I was completely satisfied with their professionalism, appreciated the communication alerting me of their arrival, and even the authenticity Jason showed during his diagnostic. Having no knowledge whatsoever about furnaces, Jasen explained the situation to me in detail leaving me very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this family-owned business. Thanks again!

Jasen has always been very responsive. Time between calling and service was only a couple days for a tune up. He is honest and lets you know what may become an issue over time. I appreciate that and supporting a small business in the community

....AFFORDABLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
My furnace went out a few days ago and every place that I contacted were completely booked until next week. We are currently in single digits at night and I needed an emergency repair.
I found this company on google and not only did they answer within a couple rings, But within 5 minutes I was on the schedule for same day maintenance. Jason came out and not only did he repair my furnace but he explained everything to me as to why it wasn't working. He was professional and very skilled. I now have them saved in my contacts as My HVAC guys and will never use another company again.

Answered phone call first call and showed up same night to assess problem. Ordered new furnace and AC and installed in one day. Very impressive. The two worked together as a good team. I'm not easily impressed, but they did impress me.
