Dealership notified me in advance that I was going to lose out on free service, they diagnosed and fixed a potentially disastrous engine issue swiftly. Very pleased
I visited key Chevy for the first time to get servicing done on my truck. Brenda and the rest of the service staff kept me informed, and addressed over and beyond what I needed done. The best part even saved me a great deal of time and money. They have earned my business for life and I plan on buying a truck at the end of winter and these guys have a shot at my business hands down.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've been a customer here for over 10 years and have tried to purchase a new car from them for over 5 months with a less than incompetent sales staff that does not look out for your best intrest and makes you the one who has to follow up on every call/email. Management does not care to keep you as a customer and I am happy to say that If I travel 20 min north or south there are competing dealerships that not only look out for what I want in a car but check in with me periodically. Key did/does nothing. If they don't have it they don't care. And the Service Department is lacking at best. I will no longer be purchasing any car from this dealership or having them service my 2 Chevy's. In fact the entire expericence has turned me off to the entire chevy line of cars.
Bottom line, they don't care about you. You're just a number, not a person. We all can do better than this dealership and all Key dealerships
