They are not motivated to sell cars. Everything they have is a trade in from the Kia dealership across the street. They don't offer any deals, or any real warranties. This lot is just there to get rid of the cars they had to take from selling their new cars with financing (where they make the most money).

Do not shop for a car here, go to any Kia dealer but here, sooner or later this place will be gone, Do you know what a gap is! They didn't tell me about that and a friend got a car didn't tell her or her father either,her 2015 car rattles and Kia wants her to pay to fix the car.the car salesman are bunch crooks,

BUYER BEWARE ?? The management team members are so very rude and disrespectful. Gazi Boshnjaku is the pure definition of his name he tried to boss n jack you. ? We took possession of the vehicle 12 days later he called and said the loan was not funded and to return the car or he would report the car stolen. He harassed our phones for 3 days, threatening to keep my deposit. Then had the car towed and I have to pay $75 to get my possessions from the car? The worst place EVER. EVER. EVER.

We looked at a car that was already overpriced. They wouldn't budge and when we looked at it, it had hail damage and the man kept deny it.

Horrible customer service and rude manager.

I definitely had a 5 STAR experience at Shawnee Mission Kia! I highly recommend SM Kia whether you are looking to buy a brand new vehicle or have a unique situation like myself. After many attempts and a few horrifying encounters at buy here pay here dealers..I was almost ready to give up. After hearing about SM Kia through a few friends.. I am proud to say that the hunt is over and I have a beautiful, reliable and AFFORDABLE car. Thank you Shawnee Mission Kia!! And a special thanks to Frankie and Justin for making the numbers work for me. Also to Chad and Robert for assisting me through the whole process and make sure all my requests were met! If there is one thing most people dread it's car shopping. I am one of those people. However we met someone at Shawnee Mission Kia named Kenzel Simmons who made and changed our whole perception of buying and shopping for a new car. Kenzel made our entire experience fun, challenging, informative, and rewarding. If we ever need to buy another vehicle we know exactly where to go to be treated like everyone would want.
