Overall good experience working with Tyler and Alex Ross brothers we bought a used vehicle and til this point has been great just had to comeback to dealer for few concerns w starter but Tyler was willing to work with us to get it fixed and gave us loaner really appreciate it ???? merry Christmas

I bought my car from them last week the 25th , wagoneer, I’m not happy with my suv because what I test drive different what I got , the sales person said Oo they both have same model n features, the only thing I don’t get the one I test drive cause the interior I don’t like the color . Now this suv that I have already giving me problems only 1 week old , the touch screen is delay , when I talk in the phone after couple seconds my calls end on its own . Now i noticed when I pressed the brakes it make noise so disappointed. Last week I called the dealer and I want to speak to manager they said they will call me back until today no one is calling me back . This is not right. When you want my business you call me every second and now I got the car and they don’t care . On top of that the sales person Ronnie ask if I can give them 5 stars. Come on now how can I give them 5 stars if they can’t help me with all this problem . I’m gonna have to take to different dealers to see if they can diagnose the problem. I will never come back to this dealer again and will not recommend anyone to go . But agin is you guys opinion to go there or not but I’m so disappointed have to deal with this for 4 years . But let’s see what I can do and will ask people who can help what I can do with this problem.

Avoid. Called the service department 4 separate times and was hung up on. Impossible to deal with.

Wouldn’t waste your time if you live far away, tried to work something out with a salesman before driving there, they won’t hold a vehicle they have listed online because it’s a bait and switch. They tell you first come first serve, so vehicle probably doesn’t exist at the price they say.

After several attempts to repair my Jeep at multiple dealerships, Jack Tawil was able to diagnose and repair my car quickly and correctly! I only wish I went to Shaver Chrysler first! Thanks Jack!
