Made the purchase of a new car not only easy, but also enjoyable! I have to mention how fantastic Devante Moore was in helping me find the perfect vehicle!

WOW, This was the best car buying experience I ever had. They went above and beyond. I own an automotive repair shop and I ask lots of questions, never once got frustrated. They lifted a car up for me to look under. Showed me the difference in the price between purchasing new and used. From sales to finance to out the door they knocked it out of the park!!! Great job to all of you! I will and have already recommended customers who are looking to replace their vehicle to them. Customer service is so important, it has gone down over the years and they showed it’s still out there. Way to go! Great team! Great job!

We bought our new Forester, at Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown last week and it was an excellent experience. So glad we decided to make the drive out there! We worked with Alex and he was so extremely helpful. From the test drive, vehicle selection, price, paperwork all the way through teaching us how to set up and use our new SUV, he was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. It was also great working with Noah and Jordan in the finance department. Everything went very smoothly. Loved the Christmas decorations, the beautiful fireplace, and that they will donate $250 to my selected charity, because I bought a car. That is the true spirit of the season! A special thanks also to Max who was helpful when I called the next day with some information. It was a great overall experience and so far loving our new Subaru!
