Customer service wasn’t good. Body shop work was good but office needs better customer service skills.

Jessica was able to answer any questions I had and did a great job explaining things.

I love Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown, and am so thankful I purchased my Outback from them last year. Their sales department is great, and their service department is absolutely fabulous. I don't feel they nickel and dime customers, and when they need your vehicle for any extended period of time, they offer you a loaner free of charge. They are kind, patient, and honest. I typically use my local mechanic for regular maintenance and the dealership for anything above that, but if I lived closer to Hagerstown, I'd have no qualms getting my regular service done there.
