After a few rough car buying experiences, it was a breath of fresh air to finally be blessed with an amazing car. I bought this car months ago from Sheehy and it's been such an easy ride ever since (as it should be when purchasing a vehicle from any dealership!). Not only were the staff helpful and courteous, but they were real, no games or deception. I got an excellent 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and it's actually the best car I've ever owned. Like this literally looks like I'm exaggerating the heck out of this review but fr it's sick af. Anyways, I actually got a $10 refund check from them because I overpayed on dealership fees and it was kind of the cherry on top. Thanks Sheehy of Subaru!

Though the service department runs like a well oiled machine everyone, included me, was treated with a personal touch. The there was no cold number calling, but the person I signed in with was my person for the whole 3 hour wait. The lounge area was quite comfortable. The customer service was such that I felt like I had a new friend when I left.

Everyone was patient and accommodating. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Had a wonderful experience today at Sheehy Subaru. I was visiting town and needed my tires looked at. They said to just bring it by, once i got there I discovered that i had just turned over 6,000 miles. So i ask if they could do the service and they were happy to go ahead and take care of that for me. Very timely and such wonderful people to work with!! Thank you so much!!

Jessica was my service representative. She was both extremely professional but also knowledgeable about my Subaru and so very courteous. I have been to many service dealerships and Sheehy is the best I have ever used
