Business Summary: Shady-Nook Manufactured Homes was established in 1983 when Jim and Jodi Kirincich purchased what was then a 17 site community. Then in 1985 they purchased a 26 site community adjacent to Shady-Nook. And in 1990 an additional 13 acres was purchased and fifty additional lots were added.
